I offer trauma informed therapy to help folks identify and gently step out of stuck cycles, create space in the moment, release pain and move towards what feels authentic and true for each unique human being. With over 17 years of experience in mental health, I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals through a wide range of challenges.
