Each retreat is a living, breathing experience—crafted in collaboration with those who gather. Rooted in the intention to return to authenticity and connection with Love—God, Source or simply Presence—these offerings are spaces to reconnect mind, body, and spirit. Rather than a fixed path, each retreat honors the uniqueness of the group and allows what’s most needed to unfold. With a blend of somatic awareness, contemplative practices, creative expression, and inner reflection, we gently open to the deeper intelligence within and around us.
Whether you’re seeking renewal, inspiration, community, or stillness, these retreats invite you into the possibility of greater wholeness, presence, and joy.
Playfulness – Playfulness is not something we outgrow—it’s something we remember. Deep within us, is an instinctual drive, a natural rhythm of the brain that longs to guide us toward joy, connection, and aliveness. In a world that often feels burdened with pressure and performance, returning to playfulness is an act of both courage and surrender. Play is more than recreation—it’s a sacred way of being. It arises from a space of apparent purposelessness, where we are free to explore without needing to achieve. It invites voluntary presence, drawing us in with its inherent attraction, freeing us from the weight of time and the heaviness of judgement. In play, we improvise, we create, we follow the moment simply because it feels alive. And we want to keep going—not to finish, but to stay in the flow of delight. In my work, I hold space for the return to this childlike wonder as a re-integration of our wholeness. Through movement, presence, creativity, and community, we reawaken the sacred play that leads us back to the heart of who we are.
Psychoeducation – The wisdom of mental health education adds to the depth of contemplative and embodied practices. Through gentle psychoeducation, we explore how the nervous system, thought patterns, emotions, and early life experiences shape our inner world. You’ll gain practical tools for self-awareness and compassionate care—while also creating space to reconnect with Source, intuition, and the deeper truths within. This is not about diagnosing or fixing, but about unveiling and integrating, so you can meet yourself—and others—with greater clarity, wholeness, and grace.
The Art of Rest – In a world that often values doing over being, this retreat offers a gentle return to rest. Here, rest is not laziness or escape—it is a doorway into aliveness through stillness. In quiet practices, spaciousness, and deep listening, we invite the nervous system to soften, the mind to settle, and the spirit to breathe again. Rest becomes a portal: to presence, to Source, to the quiet knowing within. This is a space to release the weight of striving, to receive nourishment on every level, and to remember that you are already enough—just as you are.
Embodied Presence – Through guided movement, breathwork, and somatic practices, we return to the felt sense of being alive—grounded, aware, and open. Rooted in contemplative practice, we are invited into deeper intimacy with the present moment—where timelessness and possibility meet, and the sacred is felt through sensation, breath, and attention. Here, embodiment becomes a living prayer, a presence practice, a way of remembering that here in this earthly experience, the body is not separate from spirit, but a vessel into wonder, connection, and peace.
Contemplative Christianity – I integrate my spiritual tradition of Christianity with therapeutically informed practices. Awaken to the abiding peace and joy found in the resurrected Christ—no matter the circumstances. Together, we will immerse ourselves in the present moment, learning to distinguish between the chatter of the mind and the sensations that bind the body. Open to the boundless spaciousness of God’s presence, uniquely revealed within you. Engage in contemplative practices of prayer, meditation and sacred creativity designed to help you attune to and cultivate God’s divine qualities of love, peace, and joy. Deepen your awareness of God through the practices of contemplative Christianity. This is not about striving or achieving, but about surrendering to the presence of God, allowing love and grace to flow through every moment. Whether you are new to contemplative practices or seeking to deepen your spiritual walk, this offering invites the transformative power of divine presence through Christianity.
